The Pacific Retreat is a private coastal estate in Rancho Nuevo, positioned just 80 feet from the beach and designed for effortless Baja living.

The property’s water infrastructure has also been thoughtfully upgraded. A whole-property water softener and four-stage filtration system service the estate, while an additional reverse osmosis system provides purified drinking water in the second-story kitchen of the newer building.

The Pacific Retreat has access to the Rancho Nuevo community well, with approximately five years of water credit already prepaid.
