If you’re looking for a place to truly slow down and enjoy the Baja lifestyle, this turnkey home is ready from the moment you arrive.
Built by one of the East Cape’s most respected builders, every detail has been thoughtfully designed with quality, functionality, and long-term reliability in mind. The home offers approximately 2,827 sq. ft. (263 m²) under roof, including the main house, a fully independent guest casita, and an oversized garage. The property features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a swimming pool, hot tub, and exceptional outdoor living with more than 1,900 sq. ft. of terraces plus an expansive rooftop deck of nearly 1,450 sq. ft., complete with a fire pit overlooking the endless blue waters of the Sea of Cortez.
The guest casita is a true home of its own, complete with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, making it ideal for visiting family and friends, extended stays, or rental opportunities.
Beyond its beautiful design, Casa Horizonte has been built for effortless living. The roof has recently received five fresh coats of a premium waterproof membrane system, the home is fully pre-wired for future solar installation, and a six-camera security system remains operational through the backup power system, providing peace of mind even during outages.
Technology is equally impressive, with a concealed commercial-grade wired mesh Wi-Fi network delivering seamless high-speed coverage throughout the property. Starlink internet provides speeds of approximately 200-400 Mbps, while the home’s network infrastructure is already prepared for easy smart-home automation.
A multi-stage whole-house water filtration system with reverse osmosis drinking water purification, professionally designed low-maintenance landscaping, and carefully planned outdoor spaces complete a home where every detail has already been taken care of.
Whether you’re looking for a full-time home, a seasonal escape, or a place to share with family and friends, Casa Horizonte is ready for you to simply arrive, unpack, and enjoy everything Baja has to offer.
