The Fixed Week Ownership Program provides individuals with a 1/24th deeded interest in a Villa at the Auberge Resort at Esperanza.
In this program, owners are guaranteed a specific ‘Fixed Week’ in a three-bedroom Villa, which for this listing is Week 6. In the year 2024, Week 6 happens to coincide with Super Bowl Sunday and Valentines day, making it an ideal week for couples. Additionally, owners have the use of a second ‘float week’ between mid-May to mid-November in the same unit. The Fixed Week is automatically reserved each year, and then each spring owners will reserve their Float Week through the Residence Club Manager’s reservation process.
Both the Fixed and Float weeks can be utilized by family and friends, providing flexibility in usage. Owners also have the option to rent out their weeks through the Auberge Hotel and earn 60% of the net rental revenue. Furthermore, owners can enjoy additional time at Esperanza by paying a nightly rate for short notice visits, subject to villa availability. Short notice vacations can be booked up to 60 days in advance for stays ranging from 1 to 7 days.
