The Auberge Residence Ownership Program offers owners exclusive privileges, including full access to Esperanza Resort and its world-class amenities, preferred owner discounts, short-notice booking opportunities, and reciprocity benefits at other destinations. Each owner acquires a 1/24th undivided interest in a specific condominium villa. Villa 2301 is located oceanfront, on the ground floor, allowing direct access to Esperanza’s Palapa pool and restaurant. This two-week ownership is deeded to week 17 (April 26th – May 3rd, 2026), plus an additional floating week between May and November. Float week 2026 July 5-12th, 2026 ( float week varrys yearly)
