Shelly was born and raised in California and began her Real Estate Career at the age of 19 as a hostess at a New Home Sales Gallery in California; greeting prospective Buyers who came through her doors to answer questions regarding the floor plans offered in her community as the steps in purchasing a home built from the ground up. She’s run multiple communities at once over her career, and at one point has managed over 125 open escrows by herself while being a full time Mom of a 4 year old and a set of Twins!

She’s not only sold in New Home Master Plan Communities, but in the Resale Market as well. She’s also managed many properties during her tenure for Investors who’ve purchased homes through her as well as those who’ve been referred to her to manage their property portfolios. She’s sold over 1500 homes to date, generating approximately 1 Billion in Sales during her 25 year career. She’s steadfast, direct, and disciplined, with the utmost of efficiency meeting the needs and wants of ALL her clients.
